1. Law and rights
Do not violate law; infringe IP, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contracts; facilitate fraud or deception; or evade sanctions/export controls.
2. Harm
Do not facilitate child exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, non-consensual intimate imagery, self-harm encouragement, weapon development, or instructions primarily intended to cause physical harm.
3. Security
Do not access systems without authorization; distribute malware; phish; steal credentials; exploit outside authorized testing; disrupt service; probe private infrastructure; or bypass safety, billing, rate, or permission controls.
4. Abusive automation
Do not spam, manufacture engagement, unlawfully scrape, deceptively impersonate, coordinate inauthentic behavior, or run consequential automated decisions without appropriate human oversight. Respect recipient consent and rate limits.
5. High-impact uses
Do not rely on unreviewed outputs for final credit, employment, housing, education, insurance, legal, medical, essential-service, or law-enforcement decisions. Supporting uses require qualified human review, legal authority, testing, transparency, and an appeal path.
6. Data and enforcement
Do not submit secrets or personal data without authority, identify anonymous people, infer sensitive traits for harmful purposes, or expose private workspaces. We may restrict capabilities, remove unlawful content, suspend access, preserve evidence, and report apparent illegality. Report concerns to hello@fareground.com.
